There may be even further ways of calling - perhaps similar to a call back, but this is similar to the 2 party call setup.
Prices above are in Euro cent / min. Currently real interbank exchange rates are 1GBP = 1.12 Euro. So this would make India land around 1.78p/min and Handy around 1.34p/min.
When setting up an account, best to specify an address outside of the EU as tax (around 17-20% I believe) will not be payable then. However, this will limit the options you have to fund your account. You can have as many accounts as you like.
