Virgin have written to me as a customer to inform me that they are making various changes soon.

These changes include raising their charges for calling numbers beginning with '08' to 25p / minute !        Huh

Freephone numbers beginning with 0800 or 0808 will be charged the same as today.

Premium 09 numbers will cost between 50p and £2-50 per minute.        Huh
