I saw this mentioned by anilmalineni on telecomforum.        Shocked

TajPhone appears to be offering good rates to the Indian subcontinent.

It also offers unlimited calling packages to both India and Pakistan, and one FROM Pakistan to the UK.

I cannot easily see whether mobile destinations are included in any of these services, but I mention them here in case they are of use to members.        Wink

Anyone who has tried any of these services is invited to report back on what they find by way of reliability and clarity of calls, and any problems encountered.

Hi,
Just checked the link.  Sound good, but after checking the deal and package connection charge I'll stay away from that deal.  One of the deal is to pay £100 for 6 months and the other is £14.99 and £19.99 connection fee.

I would rather join Vonage for £5.99 pay them a connection fee, which will have a UK number.  Send the device to pakistan.  Connect it to a Ethernet cable (Broadband) and call the Vonage number using my Free mobile minutes or my unlimited weekend landline calls from the UK!!!

Thanks for your feedback and assessment Nadz.        Smiley

I did not have time to check into it thoroughly yesterday, and merely posted it in case it helped any of our members wanting to call friends and family back home in India or Pakistan.        Wink

I was not recommending the service, which I have never tried, but just giving people the chance to look into it for themselves.  It is possible that your comments will guide others in their choices.        Grin
