When a member gets a PM here, a copy can be sent to his email address to inform him about it.
When you get such a notification, it is clearly requested that you do NOT reply to the email.
To do so is futile - as it will just disappear into 'cyberspace' ( or will clog up the spam filters of the foneforum notifications gmail account ).
The best method of reply is to send a return PM via the website, as the email advises, ( or, if you know the sender's personal email address, you may chose to reply by that means if you prefer ).
Please respect the request
not to just click on reply however.
A friend here ( who really should have known better ) replied to 3 of my PM's by clicking on reply, and all sorts of confusion arose when he said he had sent me things - whilst I had received nothing !
To avoid this happening to others, please take note of the inadvisability of disregarding the warning advice.
