The text number to gain credits / units is an 07937 Jersey Telecom number given on their homepage. I believe that this is inclusive from O2 and Orange contracts, and possibly GiffGaff and other O2 MVNOs such as Tesco Mobile, but could not swear on that.

07937 is also inclusive from some Vodafone contracts. I wouldn't like to say all in case I am wrong but it may be the case.

Forget Three and T-Mobile.

I can confirm they are inclusive from Giff Gaff and Tesco Mobile.

Anybody using this service may wish to know that they have now halved the units received per text sent from 2 to 1.        Huh

Quote
We also offer top-ups by SMS, gaining you one credit for each SMS sent. Sign up to get your personal SMS credit number.

And guess what ?         Undecided   There is no box or link provided to sign up for your own number !        Roll Eyes

Any ideas jagga303, atinjain05, or others using this service ?        Undecided

Edit:-  I am guessing that they mean you have to sign up again.  In other words, you can't get a text number with your existing sign in.  eculiar !        Angry

I'm sure in the morning the precaler website stated that "maximum 1000 texts in a month".  That's no longer on the website.

I always thought 2 units was a bit high.

I don't give it much past mid December until it's down to zero!

Just a hunch based on the way they have promoted the services and having some idea of what is going on behinds the scenes between the carriers.
